PEOz PLL is a functionalized polymer material formed by copolymerization or grafting of polyethylene oxide (PEOz) and poly-L-lysine (PLL).PLL,as a cationic polymer, is widely used in gene delivery, drug delivery,and cell engineering due to its rich amino groups and good biocompatibility.PEOz modification can improve the water solubility and reduce the harmfulness of PLL,while providing flexible space and protective layer,enhancing the stability and blood compatibility of nanocomposites under physiological conditions.
