PEOz PEI is a polymer material formed by copolymerization or grafting of functionalized polyethylene dioxythiazine(PEOz)and polyethyleneimine(PEI).PEI is used for nucleic acid delivery, gene treatment,and drug carrier construction due to its rich amino groups and buffering capacity, but its high cation density may lead to cellular toxicity.PEOz modification can effectively reduce the cellular toxicity of PEI,while providing a hydrophobic/hydrophobic balance, improving blood circulation stability and in vivo compatibility.
