Order:

You can place your order via website or e-mail. We will send electronic invoice to you when we receive your order. The invoice is for payment. We will deliver the goods to you after receiving the payment and will note you the tracking number to finish this order.

If the product does not match your purchased product, we will deliver the product again and burden the corresponding responsibility

Delivery:

We will make delivery within 3 working days if we have the products in stock. If we don’t have the products in stock, we will let the client know the detailed delivery time. We primarily use FedEx, DHL, TNT courier services for all worldwide destinations. International shipping charges will depend on the shipping address.Reference freight cost we offered is USD150.00. We deliver the goods via international courier express, and shipping time is dependent on the shipping address.The estimated time is 3 to 8 days. But we will not take the responsibility when it’s postponed because of the nature disasters, flight delay, or irresistible factors.

We will negotiate with the courier company for the responsibility of the damage and loss of the product during the transportation. Most of our products are shipped at room temperature. Meanwhile, the client can require dry ice , additional charges are required. The specific charging standard is determined by the country, the number of products and other factors.

Pricing:

Our prices are the same all over the world.Our prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Our prices remain stable, and will not be changed usually. Please check our prices in the website or catalogue for reference.
If material, labor, equipment and site cost vary, , we will adjust our product prices all over the world, and will let you all know in the website.

Payment:

We can accept the payment via credit card or bank transfer. However we would rather suggest to check out via Paypal. You can arrange the payment via our website, and we can note the Paypal bill to you.

If you want to choose other payment methods, we can negotiate with each other.

We need to receive the payment before deliver the order. Please make payment within 30 days after receiving our invoice, or else, the order will be cancelled.
