1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-SS-(polyethylene glycol)-CHO,DSPE-S-S-PEG-CHO,CHO-s-s-peg-dspe from ruixi.Disulfide bond has the Glutathione (GSH) reduction response. Dspe-s-s-peg-CHO is a long circulating liposome that responds to the environment. The liposome can break down and release the drug at a high concentration of glutathione. Dspe-s-s-peg can also be used as an intermediate to couple peptides, sugars, fluorescence, small molecules, polymers, inhibitors, antibodies, target molecules, etc. Make the final product have Glutathione (GSH) reduction response characteristics.
