DSPE-Hydrazone-PEG-Alkyne1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-Hyd-(polyethylene glycol)-Alkyne from ruixi.Hydrazone bond has pH response effect. DSPE-Hydrazone-PEG-Alkyne is a long circulating liposome that responds to the environment. The liposome breaks down and releases the drug at a low pH. DSPE-Hydrazone-PEG can also be used as an intermediate to couple peptides, sugars, fluorescence, small molecules, polymers, inhibitors, antibodies, target molecules, etc. The final product has the characteristics of pH response.
