Product description
Azide-modified ZIF-8–coated gold nanorods are multifunctional core–shell nanostructures consisting of gold nanorods (AuNRs) encapsulated within a zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) shell, with surface azide (–N₃) functional groups introduced for bioorthogonal conjugation.
This hybrid nanoplatform integrates the plasmonic photothermal properties of AuNRs with the porous, pH-responsive nature of ZIF-8, while azide groups enable click-chemistry-based surface modification.
