TRAM-34 is a highly selective blocker of intermediate conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (KCa3.1) (Kd=20nM).Exhibits 200-1500-fold selectivity over KV, BKCa,KCa2, Na+,CRAC and Cl- channels.Suppresses the reactivation of lymphocytes by mitogenic stimuli.Our products are only suitable for scientific research experiments, not for clinical experiments and human body.
