Thio-TEPA CAS No.52-24-4

Thio-TEPA is a sulfur-containing nitrogen mustard alkylating agent, belonging to anti-tumor drugs. Its structure is similar to TEPA (triethylenetetramine), but it enhances chemical activity and cytotoxicity by replacing some nitrogen atoms with sulfur atoms.
Application areas:
Anti tumor treatment: mainly used for chemotherapy of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer and other solid tumors, especially for metastatic tumors.
Immune regulation: At high doses, it can inhibit bone marrow hematopoietic function and is used for pre-treatment before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
