Cy7 is a bright and light resistant near-infrared probe.Cy7 dbco is a water-soluble hydrophilic dye.It is usually an analytical reagent that requires minimal nonspecific binding and excellent brightness.The fluorescence of cy7 dbco is not sensitive to pH from pH 4 to pH 10,and the spontaneous fluorescence of biological samples produced in this spectral region is very small.The fluorescence of this long wavelength cyanine dye is invisible to the human eye, but can be easily detected by most imaging systems.
