Cy5 dbco is a kind of azide reaction probe,which is used to image azide labeled biomolecules through copper free click reaction.Dbco partially reacts with azide to form stable triazole,which does not need Cu catalyst or high temperature.The fluorescence probe is water-soluble,and its fluorescence is not sensitive to pH between pH 4 and pH 10.
