Cy3 dbco is a azide reaction probe,which is used to image the biomolecules labeled with azide through copper free click reaction.The dbco part reacts with azide to form stable triazole,without Cu catalyst or high temperature.The red fluorescent probe is water soluble and its fluorescence is not sensitive to pH value between pH 4 and pH 10.
