Product description

Stobadine(C13H18N2,202.3) is a pyridoindole antioxidant.It scavenges hydroxyl, peroxyl, and alkoxyl radicals and quenches singlet oxygen in cell-free assays. Ex vivo, stobadine (2 mg/kg) reduces lipid peroxidation induced by hypoxia and reoxygenation in rat forebrain.It improves survival in a rat model of carotid artery ligation-induced cerebral ischemia.
