Rho-DMPE

When NBD-DMPE is excited at 460  nm,the resulting solution emits fluorescence at 530 and 588  nm,reflecting the emission of nbd-dmpe and Rho DMPE,respectively. After one or more cycles of freeze-thawing,the fluorescence intensity at 530 nm increased with the increase of cycle times,and the fluorescence intensity decreased at 588 nm.
