Pyrene-PEG-NHS/NHS-PEG-Pyrene is a hydrophilic modified multifunctional fluorescent coupling reagent. Based on the environmentally sensitive fluorescence properties of pyrene, monitor the polarity distribution and dynamic changes of biological membranes to support research on cell membrane structure and function. As an environmentally sensitive fluorescent probe, it is used to detect polarity changes in solutions and microenvironments, and to study the self-assembly behavior of amphiphilic polymers.
