Pyrene PEG Biotin

Pyrene-PEG-Biotin/Biotin-PEG-Pyrene is a multifunctional amphiphilic biomedical polymer reagent that covalently couples pyrene fluorescent groups, polyethylene glycol linking arms, and biotin targeting groups. By relying on the highly specific binding of biotin streptavidin, pyrene fluorescent groups are introduced into target biomolecules to achieve high-sensitivity fluorescence tracing and quantitative detection of biomolecules such as proteins and nucleic acids. As a dual functional probe, combining fluorescence signal output with biotin affinity enrichment ability, a high-sensitivity biomolecule detection sensor is constructed for the detection of low abundance biomarkers in complex biological samples.
