Poly(L-lysine)-poly (ethylene glycol azide)is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer with PLL as hydrophobic part and PEG as hydrophilic part.The PLL part has side chain free amino group.Pll-peg can self assemble into micelles with functional PLL core for drug and gene delivery.Under the catalysis of copper catalyst,azide can cyclize with alkynyl in aqueous solution to form five membered heterocycles containing nitrogen.
