Poly(L-lysine)-polyethylene glycol carbon acid(carboxyl polyethylene glycol poly lysine)is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer,PLL as hydrophobic part and PEG as hydrophilic part.The PLL part has side chain free amino group.Pll-peg can self assemble into micelles with functional PLL core for drug and gene delivery. Carboxyl group can modify the amino group and react with hydroxyl group to form ester bond.
