PLGA-SS-PEG-Glu-OtBu,poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)PLGA is typically synthesized by copolymerizing lactic acid and glycolic acid,resulting in a polymer with varying ratios of the two monomers.The presence of a disulfide bond in the polymer allows for redox-responsive release of the encapsulated drugs,making it an attractive feature for targeted drug delivery systems.Glu-OtBu refers to glutamic acid-O-t-butyloxycarbonyl,a protected form of glutamic acid.Glutamic acid is an amino acid commonly found in proteins and peptides.The incorporation of glutamic acid into the polymer structure can potentially provide a substrate for enzymatic degradation,allowing for controlled release of the drug.
