DSPE-SS-PEG-PEP-FITC，FITC stands for fluorescein isothiocyanate,which is a fluorescent dye.FITC can be conjugated to molecules to enable fluorescence-based detection and imaging.FITC is conjugated to DSPE-SS-PEG2K-PEP20,allowing for visualization and tracking of the molecule in biological systems.DSPE contains two hydrophobic tails composed of stearic acid,which help anchor the molecule within the liposomal bilayer.The hydrophilic headgroup of DSPE,which consists of a phosphoethanolamine group,is exposed to the aqueous environment and can interact with other molecules or cell.
