In order to reduce the influence of acidic microenvironment on protein drugs in PLGA microspheres and improve the stability and bioavailability of protein drugs during storage and administration,it is necessary to use a cationic polymer with low cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility as a buffer material for microenvironment acidification of PLGA microspheres.Pei-peg,a water-soluble cross-linking compound formed by the cross-linking of low molecular weight pei1800 and PEG2000,has been reported to have the advantage of low cytotoxicity.
