PEGylation of picosetron on mesoporous silicon

PEG modified mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs PEG)were used as drug delivery carriers for Danshensu.Through the method of CO hydrolysis and condensation with silane coupling agent,PEG grafting changed the drug release law and could effectively prolong the release time of Danshensu.With the increase of PEG grafting amount(mass fraction),the release rate of Danshensu could be effectively controlled.Click chemistry method can effectively control the grafting amount of PEG(mass fraction)and the release rate of Danshensu.
