Poly(L-Aspartic acid)-poly (ethylene glycol)-carboxylic acid is used in the research of drug delivery,tissue repair,biological modification and other biomedical fields.Carboxyl group,which can react with amino groups in lysine and other molecules in pH=7-8,is more stable than active ester group.Poly(L-Aspartic acid)-peg carboxyl(PASP-PEG-COOH) is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC), which has poly(L-Aspartic acid) as hydrophobic part and carboxyl functionalized peg as hydrophilic part.
