Product description
Poly(L-Aspartic acid)-poly (ethylene glycol)-maleimide is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer(ABC),with poly (L-Aspartic acid) as hydrophobic part and maleimide functionalized peg as hydrophilic part.P(L-Asp)-peg-mal has reactive groups on both parts,i.e.the side free COOH on P(L-Asp) can be used to modify the micelle core,while the mal group on PEG reacts with the sulfhydryl group of pH 6.5~7.5 at room temperature to form stable thioether bond.
