NPC-PEG-N3,Nitrophenyl Carbonates-Polyethylene glycol-azide is a click linker for bio-conjugation that contains a Nitrophenyl Carbonates group and a N3 group linked through a linear PEG chain.Azide can react with alkynes catalyzed by copper in aqueous solution and be reduced to amines. Polyethylene glycol can increase solubility and stability, reduce the immunogenicity of peptides and proteins, and inhibit the nonspecific binding of charged molecules on modified surfaces.
