SAS-PEG-N3,Succinimidyl Amido Succinate-Polyethylene glycol-azide is a heterobifunctional peg reagent.Azide can react with alkynes catalyzed by copper in aqueous solution and be reduced to amines. Polyethylene glycol can increase solubility and stability, reduce the immunogenicity of peptides and proteins, and inhibit the nonspecific binding of charged molecules on modified surfaces.
