Its main chain is composed of poly (2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)(PEOz),which has excellent water solubility, low protein adsorption,and good biocompatibility potential.The amino group(NH2)modified at the end of the molecule provides an active site for further coupling reactions,while the covalently linked cyanine dye CY5 provides near-infrared fluorescence signals.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
