As a highly sensitive green fluorescent probe, it quantitatively verifies the bacterial targeted enrichment efficiency of quinolone modified nano drug delivery systems and is compatible with various detection platforms such as flow cytometry and confocal microscopy. By conducting fluorescence co localization experiments, the binding site distribution between nalidixic acid and bacterial DNA gyrase can be directly observed to assist in the analysis of the bactericidal molecular mechanism of quinolone drugs.
