Azide-Poly-L-lysine-Thiol(N3-PLL-SH)is a linear heterobifunctional poly(L-lysine) with an azide and a thiol group on the PLL ends.PLL is a positively charged synthetic polyamino acid,and crystalline solid soluble in water.Azide can be used for molecule conjugation by click chemistry,andthiol can react with -SH or maleimide groups.Azide-PEG-thiol may be used to for bioconjugation,drug delivery,PLL  hydrogel,crosslinker,and surface functionalization.
