mPEG-SS-PLGA,methyl-Polyethyleneglycol-S-S-Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide) is an amphiphilic AB blockcopolymer,the PLGA and PEG are linked by disulfide bond, As a commonly usedbiodegradable polymer mPEG-S-S-PLGA can self-assemble into polymeric micelles, whenthe micelle encounters DTT, the disulfide bond breaks and accelerates therelease of the drug.
