Product description
Methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-s-s-Polyethylenimine,mPEG-SS-PEIfrom ruixi.Disulfide bond has the Glutathione (GSH) reduction response. Thetransmission electron microscope observation showed that the particle size ofthe disulfide bond-free mPEGPEI-pEGFP complex and mPEG-SS-PEI-pEGFP complexwere both about 200 nm. Further, the in vitro cytotoxicity of the polymercontaining disulfide bond was not significantly increased compared with themPEG-PEI.
