Nano composite NaYF4:Yb,@NaYF4@mSiO2-Ru There are two working modes:its red down conversion luminescence (at 455/606nm excitation/emission peak)is quenched by oxygen(O2),which is used to sense and image O2.Green Upconversion Luminescence(usually obtained at 980/525 and 544 nm excitation/emission wavelengths)is used for temperature measurement in turn.Then,the nanocomposites were applied to the dual-mode in vitro imaging of HepG-2 cells with temperature and O2.
