Kartogenin binds filamin A,disrupts its interaction with the transcription factor core-binding factor β subunit (CBFβ),and induces chondrogenesis by regulating the CBFβ-RUNX1 transcriptional program.Kartogenin can be used for the research of osteoarthritis(OA).
