ICG-PEG12-Osu is a Cy series dye. Indocyanine green (ICG) is a anthocyanin dye used for medical diagnosis. It is used to determine cardiac output, liver function, and liver blood flow, as well as for ophthalmic angiography. It has a peak spectral absorption close to 800nm. These infrared rays can penetrate the periretinal layer, creating a deeper circulation pattern in ICG angiography compared to fluorescence angiography.
