Cyluc1,CAS 1247879-16-8 is a synthetic cyclic alkylamino luciferin that exhibits superior properties in in in vivo imaging due to its red shift luminescence compared to D-luciferin. It has a higher affinity for binding to luciferase and releases about 5.7 times more light than amino luciferin, and 3.2 times brighter than D-luciferin. Its excellent light output can be maintained over a wide range (1-100) μM) .
