Product description
Hydrazide-Polyethylene glycol-hydrazide from RuixiBioHydrazide-PEG-hydrazide can react with ketone or aldehyde to form a acylhydrazone linkage, which is pH sensitive and can be used for reversiblePEGylation. Hydraizde PEG is also used to PEGylate carboxyl, activatedcarboxylic acid such as succinimidyl NHS ester.
