Etrinabdione inhibits prolyl-hydroxylases (PHDs) and activates the HIF pathway. Etrinabdione, a semi-synthetic multitarget cannabinoquinoid, has potent anti-inflammatory activity. Etrinabdione attenuates adipogenesis and prevents diet-induced obesity.
