1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-TK-(polyethylene glycol)-Amine，DSPE-TK-PEG-NH2，DSPE-TK-PEG-Amino from ruixi.Dspe-tk-peg-NH2 is a long circulating liposome with environmental response. Keto mercaptan has the characteristics of ROS response. In ROS environment, the chemical bond of keto mercaptan breaks, forming ketone and mercaptan, realizing drug release. As the final product, dspe-tk-peg-NH2 has ROS response characteristics, so as to realize the drug delivery system.
