TCO-PEOz-DSPE,DSPE-PEOz-TCO is a bioorthogonal phospholipid polymer conjugate used for surface functionalization of nano delivery systems.DSPE can anchor it onto the surface of liposomes or lipid nanoparticles,PEOz provides hydrophilicity and spatial spacing, and the terminal TCO can undergo rapid and highly selective IEDDA click reaction with tetrazine(TZ). Suitable for biological coupling,cell imaging,nanomedicine delivery,and bioorthogonal chemistry research.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
