Vascular cell adhesion protein 1(VCAM1)is also known as CD106,INCAM-100 and L1CAM,is a cell surface sialoglycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily.VCAM1/CD106 contains 7 Ig-like C2-type(immunoglobulin-like) domains.1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[(polyethylene glycol)-methoxy](sodium salt)is a PEG-modified lipids.It is a long circulating liposome membrane,formation of micelles in water dispersion,the critical micelle concentration(CMC)ratio of surfactant is 102 times lower,so the drug stability is better,even by hemodilution,can maintain the integrity of the micelle particle,has certain targeting,easy accumulation in solid tumors. Suitable for the development of long circulating liposomes.
