TSE-PEG-DSPE,DSPE-PEG-N-toluenesulfonyl ethylenediamine,DSPE-PEG2K-TSE (N-toluenesulfonylethylenediamine)is a functionalized phospholipid polymer conjugate.TSE (N-toluenesulfonylethylenediamine)contains a bifunctional group consisting of a p-toluenesulfonyl group(Tosyl)and a free amino group.Tosyl has electrophilic activity and can undergo substitution reactions with thiol(-SH)or amino(-NH2)groups to achieve site directed coupling, while the terminal amino group can be further activated and modified for grafting fluorescent labels,targeting ligands,or therapeutic molecules.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
