1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[(polyethylene glycol)-methoxy] (sodium salt) is a PEG-modified lipids.Suitable for the development of long circulating liposomes.Nanoparticles (called SHp RBC NP) are composed of polymer nanoparticles with RBC membrane as the shell and ROS responsive borate as the core.In order to target ischemic brain,a peptide SHp (CLEVSRKNC) was coupled to the surface of nanoparticles. Triggered by the high level of ROS in the ischemic region，nanoparticles can control the release of NR2B9C in the ischemic brain tissue.
