DSPE-PEG is an amphiphilic compound formed by the covalent binding of phospholipids (DSPE)and polyethylene glycol(PEG),mainly used in drug delivery systems.Its PEG segment(PEG2000)can significantly enhance water solubility.Galactooligosaccharides (GOS) are a group of functional oligosaccharides with natural properties.Their molecular structure consists of 1-7 galactose groups attached to galactose or glucose molecules,namely Gal-(Gal) n-Glc/Gal (n=0-6).
