DSPE-PEG-β-cyclodextrin,1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-polyethylene glycol-β-cyclodextrin from ruixi.Cyclodextrin can effectively increase the solubility and dissolution rate of some poorly soluble drugs in water. It is widely used in the separation of organic compounds, organic synthesis and pharmaceutical excipients. The inclusion complexes of natural cyclodextrin and modified cyclodextrin with some non biocompatible drug molecules have been prepared, which not only increases the biocompatibility of drugs, but also plays the role of sustained-release.
