DSPE-PEG-Coumarin

DSPE-PEG-Comarin,1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-polyethylene glycol-Comarin from ruixi.Coumarins inhibit the synthesis of coagulation factors in the liver. Coumarins are similar in structure to vitamin K. Coumarins combine with vitamin K epoxide reductase in the liver, inhibit the transformation of vitamin K from epoxide to hydroquinone type, and inhibit the circulation of vitamin K. Coumarins are vitamin K antagonists or competitive inhibitors. The carboxylation of coagulation factors Ⅱ, Ⅶ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ containing glutamic acid residues was inhibited, but their precursors had no coagulation activity, so the coagulation process was inhibited. But it has no effect on the formed coagulation factors.
