The self diffusion coefficients of polyethylene glycol 2K derived lipids (DSPE-PEG2k-CF)in glass supported DOPC phospholipid bilayers were determined by fluorescence quantitative recovery after fluorescence bleaching (FRAP).A first order reaction diffusion model was established to determine the decolorization constant,flow fraction and concentration of aliphatic polymer in the range of self diffusion coefficient.
