Product description

Casein is a phosphorus protein in animal milk.The structure formula is nh2rcooh, odorless,odorless white to yellow powder with relative density of 1.25-1.31.It is almost insoluble in water,alcohol and ether.It is soluble in dilute alkali solution,alkaline carbonate solution and concentrated acid,and precipitated in weak acid.It is hygroscopic,stable when dry,and harden rapidly when wet.Mainly used as food additives,casein gum,cosmetics,safety matches,pigments,etc.
