Poly(z-diol) increases solubility and stability.Long circulating liposomes (LCL) were prepared by modifying the surface of liposomes with polyethylene glycol (PEG),which could prolong the half-life of liposomes,improve its stability in blood circulation,change the biological distribution of liposomes,and have targeting property.Silica modified PEG can modify silicon,glass and other materials,which has good biocompatibility.
