Product description
The main component of this liposome is phosphatidylcholine (PC), which is a phospholipid with a high content in eukaryotic cell membranes and can form lipid bilayers. Liposomes are drug vesicles formed by self-assembly of lipids to form bilayers (monolayers) and/or concentric multiple bilayers (multilayers) that close the central water cavity. The particle size range of liposomes is from 30nm to micrometer level, and the thickness of phospholipid bilayers is about 4-5 nm.
