Dipraglurant can reduce Levodopa-induced dyskinesia (LID) in vivo. Dipraglurant is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
