Product description
DAX-J2 Orange is a novel nitric oxide (NO) sensor. It is a non fluorescent cell permeable reagent that can measure the activity of free NO and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in living cells under physiological conditions. Once inside the cell, the blocking groups on the DAX-J2 reagent will be released, generating highly fluorescent products after NO oxidation.
